We offer a fixed price quote. Our price includes our professional fee, disbursements and GST. You don't need to worry about an unexpected additional bill at settlement for incidentals such as photocopying, phone calls, faxes etc.* We don't charge for time spent on your file or an hourly rate for meetings with you.

*Additional services such as couriers, international calls etc. may attract an extra fee, however these items would be fully disclosed to you.

When other companies give you a quote you should keep in mind whether or not the price includes GST and disbursements ("out-of-pocket") expenses. Our quotes are based on the ideal that we do not do conveyancing half way. When you are selling, the Vendor's Statement we prepare on your behalf, will include the relevant certificates and full Title search. When you are purchasing, we make sure we fully search the property information relevant to your transaction and that is required by your financial institution.
